We are currently exploring the possibility of expanding our provision to offer a Reception class from September 2026, followed by Year 1 in September 2027 and Year 2 in September 2028.
At present, we have a small Reception group within our Swallows Class. These children have grown up with us at Willow on the Farm, beginning their journey in Goslings and remaining with us for their Reception year because their families value our unique, child-centred approach.
The children continue to flourish in a setting that nurtures curiosity, awe and wonder, while supporting the development of confidence, independence, resilience, courage, kindness, and grace and courtesy.

Our Montessori-inspired ethos, combined with a rich indoor and outdoor learning environment, gives children the time and space to explore, think deeply, follow their interests, and develop a genuine love of learning. Seeing the children’s progress reinforces our belief in the importance of these formative early years, and in the positive impact that our farm-based environment can have on children’s development.
Any future expansion would remain true to our vision: a nurturing and inspiring environment where children learn through meaningful, hands-on experiences, both indoors and outdoors in nature, supported by staff who know them well and respect each child’s individual developmental journey.
